House Rules

Due to COVID-19 we ask all guest sanitize their hands. (If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule)

For safety reasons extra guest, children, are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.

No pets allowed for any reason.

No eating allowed in the salon area.

We also ask you bring earphones to use as an audio device, and while using cellular and other devices you are mindful of other guest.
How to schedule an appointment
Click "Book Now or Ready for NV brows " > Read Policies > Click "Go back & Read" > Click "Acknowledge"> Click "Ready to book"> Under Category select "Brow Services: New Client" > *If you're New and unsure, I always suggest "Signature Brow New Client" for initial service which includes consultation.
Payment
We also accept Debit, Apple, Google pay, and Cash as a form of payment the day of service.
Questions or Concerns about services
If you have any questions or concerns about you being a suitable candidate for either Brow Tinting , Brow Lamination or Brow Extensions, please book our " Signature Brow Service". During your consultation we will discuss which service is best for you. We also can do an Allergy Test, to avoid any allergic reactions. If needed, please speak with your physician if you are unsure due to health concerns. Following the service, we will perform the waxing service. Please note : If you reserve an appointment for Brow Tinting, Brow Lamination, and/ or Brow Extensions Service and you change your mind during the appointment time or aren't an ideal client, you will be subjected to pay for the time and service you selected.

Upon Arrival / Late Policy
To be considerate of all of our guest appointment and to avoid running over into another guest appointment time.
We asked that come to the door at your EXACT appointment time! (Due to COVID we will no longer allow guest to come in earlier than their appointment time to allow for cleaning and sanitizing in between guest.
We asked that guest arrive no later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes passed if time permits, you will be charged $15 late fee to be serviced. If time does not permit, you will be subjected to to reschedule and subject to our cancellation fee.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
You can manually cancel or reschedule your appointment via Acuity Scheduling Booking System (Please view your email to View/Edit appointment) and we will be notified. (Please make sure you cancel the original service booked to avoid our cancelation fee. (If you're unsure how, you can contact via text 240-681-9703)
Cancellation Policy : We like for our guest to provide us 12 hours notice of your intent to cancel or reschedule.
For any reason you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so, BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled service.
Please note : If you are unable to give us 12 hour notice. As a courtesy, you can reschedule within the same week. In case you cannot reschedule within the time frame. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee the day of service. In order to reschedule the amount must be paid in the full before booking a new service.
"No Show/ No Show" Policy
We do understand that things happen. If you can't make it to your appointment please let us know as soon as you can. However, if we do not hear from you, you will be responsible for the full amount of service and be charged. Furthermore, client may be prevented from to reserving future service depending on circumstances and appointment history.

We asked that all questions or concerns be contacted via text 240-681-9703. (We asked that you do NOT respond through reminder emails and text for available appointments please schedule your appointment online.)
Please allow us 24 hours to respond.
Disclosures
Nvision Artistry is not responsible for brow damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult with your Physician if you have any concerns or questions.
Refund Policy
Because we are unable to get our time back from the services we provide all services are non refundable but we will try our best to accommodate any unsatisfied guest.
Our goal is to create an optimum experience for every guest, ALL of our policies and procedures are to help us in achieving this primary goal.
