Frequently Asked Questions
What is the process of Cosmetic Tattooing?
The cosmetic procedure process begins with reviewing medical eligibility and policies, followed by starting pre-care instructions; 1-4 weeks prior depending on lifestyle. On the day of service, we will discuss brow mapping, shape, lifestyle and proceed with cosmetic tattooing. Afterward, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions for the next six weeks. Then we will schedule your six-week touch-up to lock in those new brows.
What is the pain like for the procedure?
This procedure is a non-invasive cosmetic tattoo, which does not penetrate as deeply into the skin as traditional tattoos. The level of discomfort varies by individual; however, a numbing agent will be applied before the procedure, with additional numbing provided during the second phase to ensure your comfort.
How long does the service take?
Appointment duration may vary based on each client’s brow structure, the brow mapping process, and the responsiveness of the skin. Given these individual factors, precise timing can be challenging to predict, so in the case, you have another engagement we highly recommend to schedule a time that your schedule is open. I am committed to providing you with the highest quality service.
Will my brows be symmetrical/even now?
We cannot promise perfectly symmetrical brows. During the brow mapping process, we will identify the ideal shape for your brows; however, individual differences in brow shape, bone structure, and overall facial symmetry can affect the outcome. As the saying goes, “brows are sisters, not twins.” I like to say that I strive to make them look like fraternal (twins)!
Will Microshading/Nano/ Microblading work for me?
I can't say this service will be the perfect fit for all. While it offers numerous benefits and I am committed to achieving the best possible results, factors such as your pre-care prep, medical history, environment, aftercare routine, lifestyle, and skin type, etc. all play a significant role in the outcome.
Can you bring your work computer?
It’s recommended not to bring your work laptop to your brow service. Due to the nature of the procedure, you’ll need to remain still for the entire duration, without breaks to check your computer. Time management is crucial once the process begins, especially after the skin is prepared, to ensure optimal results.
