UPON ARRIVAL
Kindly arrive at the exact scheduled appointment time. To maintain a safe and clean environment, we take time between appointments to thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all surfaces.
Appointment Duration/ Wait Times
due to influx of clients on busy days/hours.
Appointment duration may vary based on each client’s brow structure, the brow mapping process, and the responsiveness of the skin. Given these individual factors, precise timing can be challenging to predict, so in the case, you have another engagement we highly recommend scheduling a time that your schedule is flexible. However, I am committed to providing you with the highest quality service and getting you done reasonably.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will go towards the
remainder of the service.
At the end of service, you will pay the remainder of the balance.
RESCEDULE/CANCEL
We do understand things happen. When notifed prior, you're given one credit to reschedule appointment within 4 weeks of original scheduled service. After permited time, your deposit will be forfeited.
In the case, you wish to cancel within 24 hours of sevice, your deposit will be forfited.

Extra guest, children, and pets are prohibited.

If a guest fails to call or show up for their scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the guest will be unable to schedule any future services.
